Production Process

At MNM Global, we place great importance on using high-quality raw materials.
The logs used in our production are sourced from state forest product tenders or trusted suppliers.
We primarily use durable and productive species such as Calabrian pine, black pine, and fir.

Cutting: Logs are processed in modern cutting machines to obtain timber.
Drying: Timbers are carefully stacked and dried to enhance durability.
Shaping: Fully automated production lines manufacture reels in precise dimensions as per customer specifications.
Heat Treatment: All products undergo ISPM-15 standard heat treatment to meet legal requirements.

Finally, products are shipped ready-to-use or unassembled, depending on customer preference.
